Fitness Classes offer popular classes such as spin, circuits and yoga and are a great way to keep your fitness levels up whilst trying something new and still having fun.
Fitness is not just for the young, it's for the young at heart too! Cheltenham YMCA has a thriving Over Fifties programme so there is no excuse for anybody not to come along, join in and start getting healthy!
There are 2 squash courts available for Cheltenham YMCA members to use. They are available in 40-minute slots, 6 days a week (subject to availability) and Cheltenham YMCA members may bring a guest for a small fee.
Princess Elizabeth WayThe Fitness Suite has a choice of modern gym equipment combined with a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The fitness staff provide every individual with a personal service, offering gym inductions and programmes to help you reach your fitness goals.
There are 2 badminton courts available for Cheltenham YMCA members. Courts may be booked for an hour. For a small fee, Cheltenham YMCA members may bring up to 3 guests to play. Badminton coaching is also available. There is also table tennis and short tennis.
In addition, we have long-established Judo and Karate clubs for all ages and levels, and Junior Football.
