We are a hostel located in the centre of Cheltenham. We have a mixture of residents of all ages and nationalities. We have those who are working or on training and we also have many visitors from overseas.
Whilst we give priority to those under 30s we do accept people of all ages. This gives us a wonderful mix of people who stay with us.
For those seeking long term accommodation we have 56 rooms ranging from budget basic rooms to bedsits with cooking facilities.

How it works
With such a large community, we want to know everyone who stays here, so there is an application procedure. First you need to complete an application form. This can be obtained by contacting our reception or the Housing Support office. Click on "Contact" above, just below the YMCA logo, for ways of contacting us.
We will ask you to come for an interview. We will arrange this as quickly as possible usually within a week. At the interview we will ask you for two references and we will also give you an indication on our current room availability. We will usually have a room vacant within a week.
Cheltenham YMCA reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the offer of accommodation.
