What is Studio Cycling?
Sometimes called "Spin". It's a fun new way of keeping fit indoors far away from the busy roads.
How many people take part at a time?
Here at the Cheltenham YMCA there are eleven studio cycles located in our newly refurbished cycle studio.
What happens in studio cycling?
Your fully qualified YMCA Instructor leads you down steep hills, freewheeling along the flats, and into strenuous mountain climbs. You will have the opportunity of racing to the music whilst toning your muscles through a varied cardio vascular exercise programme.
Studio Cycling Timetable
For times for studio cycling use the Main Menu and go to "Timetable - Fitness". The timetable provides information on days, times, level and cost. Studio Cycling may be listed as "Spin" on the timetable.
